Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from Prior Lake, MN 55372 via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail to arrive within 2-7 business days from receipt of your order for domestic orders and within 7-15 business days from receipt of your order for international orders.

The shipping cost of your order is based on the total weight and number of items in the order.

Please allow up to 2 business days to process & pack your order.

Orders are processed, packed and shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have a problem with a transaction, just let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please contact us by emailing suds@sudsbathandbody.com. We will make every effort to respond to all customer service inquiries within 2 business days.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products unless we have shipped you the wrong product or a product is defective.

Many of our products melt at body temperature, so they may melt upon shipment during warmer months. suds! is not responsible for any products that may arrive melted. If a product does arrive melted, simply put it in the fridge and let harden before using. 

Also, keep in mind that these products may melt if they are put in direct sunlight or somewhere that exceeds body temperatures, so please store them someplace cool and out of direct sunlight. suds! is not able to replace or refund these items if they melt in transit or otherwise.
